While PC Media Geek continues to provide computer repair services, Media Geek Studios will continue the website development legacy that its parent company built, plus additional software, application, and gaming development.

About Media Geek Studios

Media Geek Studios was born out of legacy, passion, and a little bit of destiny. What started as an opportunity to carry on the website development work of our parent company PC Media Geek, has grown into a full creative and technical studio with big ambitions.

The Person Behind It

I'm Spencer Reed - developer, engineer, and lifelong tech enthusiast. My journey started over 15 years ago on the Geek Squad floor, and from there I dove deep into the IT world, moving through software and systems engineering and picking up a thorough understanding of system architecture and implementation frameworks along the way. What I've built over time isn't just technical skill - it's a real appreciation for how things are designed, how they work, and how to build them right.

Game development has always been the dream. It's what drew me to technology in the first place, and it's still very much where this is all heading.

Our Story

When my father, the founder of PC Media Geek, faced some health challenges, he passed the website side of the business to me. That handoff became the springboard for Media Geek Studios - a chance to honor what he built while pushing it into new territory.

Today we're focused on delivering quality web solutions for our clients. Tomorrow, we're building applications. And down the road? We're making games.

Websites are the face of your business (and everything in between). The following is a general pricing breakdown to help you budget and understand costing. We will strive to work with your budget, but the following breakdown costs will help you plan!

* First year of hosting is included with all new website builds.

* Final pricing depends on project scope and complexity. We'll work with you to find the right fit.

* Maintenance pricing is for existing websites only. New website builds are quoted separately (see above).

* Website hosting is available at $20/year for clients who choose to host with Media Geek Studios, billed annually and separate from maintenance.

* While our hourly rates are firm we do care about YOU — reach out and let's talk about what works for your budget.
